Does JC Embroidery have a minimum order requirement?
No — we never require a minimum order. Whether you need one personalized gift or apparel for an entire team or company, we’re happy to help with orders of any size.
What items can you embroider?
Almost anything made of fabric. Popular items include hats, caps, and beanies; t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, and uniforms; coats and jackets; bags, backpacks, and duffel bags; towels and blankets; aprons; pants and shorts; golf and sports gear; and laptop bags. If you have something unique in mind, just ask — if it holds a stitch, we can probably embroider it.
Do you offer personalized name embroidery?
Yes! We embroider names, initials, and monograms on gifts, apparel, and accessories — a popular option for personal gifts, team gear, and special occasions.
How long does custom embroidery take?
Turnaround time depends on order size and complexity, but we work hard to keep it fast. Standard orders are typically completed within 5-7 business days — rush orders may also be available. Contact us for a specific timeline based on your project.
How much does custom embroidery cost?

Do I need to provide my own design or logo?
Not necessarily. If you have a logo or design file, we can digitize it for embroidery. If you don’t have one yet, let us know what you’re looking for and we can help bring your idea to life.
What file format should I send my logo in?
High-resolution image files (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or EPS) work best. The higher the quality of the original file, the more accurately we can digitize it for embroidery.
Can I bring in my own apparel or items to be embroidered?
Yes, in many cases we can embroider items you already own or supply. Let us know what you’d like embroidered and we’ll confirm it’s a good fit for the process.
Do you work with businesses for uniforms and corporate apparel?
Absolutely. We regularly embroider logos on uniforms, polos, jackets, and corporate apparel for local businesses. We can also help outfit sports teams, schools, and organizations with consistent, professional branding.
